Refund Policy

Money-back guarantee

Separately from, and in addition to, the statutory withdrawal right described below, we offer our own voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee on the first payment of a new subscription. This guarantee governs first payments and applies regardless of whether the statutory withdrawal right below has already ended. To request a refund, contact support@pdf-relay.com within 14 days of that first payment.

Renewal payments

As a matter of operator policy, renewal payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period, and no pro-rata refund is issued for the unused portion of that period.

EU/Polish withdrawal right

This statutory withdrawal right is separate from, and independent of, the voluntary money-back guarantee above. For customers in the European Union and Poland, we acknowledge the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services under EU and Polish consumer protection law. This statutory right ends once you give express consent, at checkout through Paddle, to immediate delivery of the digital service and acknowledge the resulting loss of the withdrawal right. Even after the statutory withdrawal right has ended in this way, our separate voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee on the first payment, described above, still applies.

How refunds are processed

Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record, processes all refunds. Paddle handles checkout, billing, VAT/sales tax, and chargebacks on our behalf; the operator never stores or processes your card data.
